Classes
Just Wear athletic clothing and bring water. Uniform will be required upon completion of introductory classes. Please come 5-10 minutes early to fill out a waiver.
Adult Classes
Tuesday - 8:15 pm - 9:30 pm
Thursday - 8:15 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday - 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
